Chemical Leasing in Morocco The Chemical Leasing project in Morocco is introduced by the Morocco National Cleaner Production Centre in close cooperation with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Moroccan NCPC Created in 2000, the Moroccan Centre of Cleaner Production is the national reference centre for cleaner production in Morocco. Our main mission is the technical assistance to the Moroccan industry for the implementation of environmental sound technologies and environmental management systems in order to improve their economical performance in terms of efficiency, productivity and competitiveness as well as the environmental performance.
