Chemical Leasing (ChL) activities in Mexico are coordinated by the Mexican Cleaner Production Centre. A project team of the Mexican NCPC advises companies on the implementation of ChL and helps to find appropriate partners. Mission of the Mexican NCPC: to promote ChL within different industrial sectors, chambers of industry, Mexican universities and the government to continue working with SMEs on the implementation of ChL to encourage ChL between SMEs and large companies, such as DOW, Coslett, PERO, PEMEX, etc. to incorporate ChL in ongoing Cleaner Production projects Main branches of the Mexican chemicals industry: petrochemicals adhesives and sealants inorganic acids, salts and oxides alkali, chlorine pharmaceuticals fertilizers and agrochemicals synthetic fibers lubricants pigments and colourants chemical agents for construction chemical agents for water treatment synthetic resins rubber
